São Paulo, Brazil, July 2025 — Adriana Iwassaki has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Wella Company, marking a significant leadership addition to the global beauty brand as it continues its transformation and strategic growth agenda.
Adriana joins Wella with over two decades of deep financial and operational experience across global markets and complex consumer goods industries. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Orbia, where she played a key role in steering the company through transformation and performance optimization over the last four years.
Prior to Orbia, Adriana spent nearly 13 years at PepsiCo in progressively senior finance leadership roles. As Senior Finance Director – Europe Strategy & Transformation, she led portfolio optimization, value engineering, and multi-category strategic initiatives, delivering over $50MM in efficiencies and supporting M&A integrations. Earlier, she was recognized for transforming commercial finance strategies in Brazil, earning internal accolades for her economic impact and business turnaround efforts.
Earlier in her career, Adriana worked with leading financial institutions including HSBC and Citi, where she developed expertise in structured finance, M&A, and corporate banking, managing key client relationships across multinational portfolios.
In her new role at Wella Company, Adriana will lead global financial operations, partner with executive leadership on long-term value creation, and support the company’s continued evolution into a best-in-class beauty leader.
