Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, August 2025 – Agnieszka Pizon has taken on the role of Head of People & Culture at SiDLY Healthcare, a leading deeptech company in the telemedicine sector focused on senior care. In her new position, Agnieszka will drive HR strategy, cultural alignment, and talent development across SiDLY’s fast-growing operations, supporting the organization’s mission to improve lives through cutting-edge telehealth innovation.
Prior to joining SiDLY Healthcare, Agnieszka worked independently as a Human Resources Project Manager, offering HR consulting services and leading projects in areas such as employee development, organizational culture, and HR systems implementation. This role allowed her to apply her extensive experience in strategic HR across multiple sectors and client organizations.
Before her consulting work, Agnieszka served as Learning & Development Partner at Adamed Pharma, where she was responsible for training management, staff development, and the implementation of SAP-based learning systems. She also briefly held the role of Recruitment Partner, helping strengthen talent acquisition practices during a key hiring phase.
Agnieszka spent over 14 years at Antal Poland, where she advanced through various leadership roles including HR Manager CEE and Recruitment & Development Coordinator. Her time there was marked by her deep involvement in regional HR strategy, recruitment excellence, and cross-market development efforts spanning Central and Eastern Europe.
She has also worked with Enloyd Germany, where she was involved in recruitment and development across cities like Warsaw, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, and Budapest. Earlier in her career, she gained experience at Copers Search & Selection as a Researcher, setting the foundation for her expertise in talent strategy and organizational growth.
