New York, United States, December 2024 – Ahmed Abouelkhir has joined Brillio as the Global Head Talent Acquisition and Development. In this role, Ahmed will lead a team of 150 professionals, driving strategic initiatives to enhance talent acquisition processes and development programs globally. His efforts will support Brillio’s mission of leveraging digital transformation and innovation to deliver impactful results.
Prior to joining Brillio, Ahmed served as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader – USA/Canada/MENA at Globant, where he oversaw talent strategies for diverse regions. He successfully implemented innovative recruitment solutions to align with business objectives during his five-year tenure.
Earlier, Ahmed was the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at American Express, managing a global recruitment team and optimizing hiring practices. His leadership at Wipro Technologies as Executive Global Recruitment Leader spanned four years, during which he spearheaded strategic hiring for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors across North America and Latin America.
Ahmed also held the role of Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Deutsche Bank, where he managed recruitment for senior leadership roles in Group Technology Operations. His early career included positions at Advantage xPO, HSBC, and IBM, where he honed his skills in executive recruitment and talent acquisition across industries.
