Parsippany, New Jersey, United States, December 2024 – Erica Kanka has taken on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition – US at Simtra BioPharma Solutions. In this position, Erica will lead the talent acquisition function, focusing on building robust talent strategies to support the organization’s growth in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Working remotely, she will leverage her expertise to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experiences, and attract top-tier talent for Simtra’s operations.
Before joining Simtra BioPharma Solutions, Erica served as Director, Talent Attraction COE at Realtor.com, where she led initiatives to enhance talent attraction processes and recruitment operations. Prior to this, she was Director, Talent Acquisition and HR Technology at Capital Health, where she implemented long-term recruiting strategies and spearheaded the consolidation of HR systems to deliver enhanced stakeholder experiences.
Erica also held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Attraction at Allegion, where she drove strategies for hiring across 30+ brands globally, focusing on employer branding, DE&I initiatives, and technology adoption. Earlier in her career, she worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions in various roles, including Manager, Employer Brand and Global Talent Strategies, where she developed comprehensive strategies to attract and retain talent while improving the candidate experience.
