Cairo, Egypt, October 2024 – Ahmed Mansour has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources & Organization at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB). In his new role, Ahmed will oversee the HR and organizational development functions, playing a key part in driving the bank’s growth and transformation in the Egyptian market. His extensive expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management will be critical in aligning ADIB’s people strategy with its business goals.
Before joining ADIB Egypt, Ahmed was a Principal at Mercer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he led HR consulting engagements across the Middle East. Prior to that, he served as the Country Head of Human Resources at Arab Bank in Egypt, where he successfully managed HR operations for over two years.
Ahmed’s previous roles also include Head of Human Resources at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), and Group Learning & Organization Development Director at Elsewedy Electric, where he led major HR initiatives including performance management, talent management, and employee engagement across multiple regions.
Earlier in his career, Ahmed was an Associate Principal at Korn Ferry, managing large-scale HR consulting projects in financial, government, and energy sectors across the GCC. He also held leadership roles at CIB Egypt and Hay Group, delivering HR solutions in organization design, job evaluation, and reward management.
