Lund, Skåne County, Sweden, September 2024 – Aida Ploskic has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Kraftringen. In this new capacity, Aida will oversee the strategic HR direction of Kraftringen, a leading energy company focused on sustainability and local energy solutions, aiming to drive future energy development.
Prior to joining Kraftringen, Aida served as Global Human Resources Director at Perstorp Group for over two years, where she was responsible for leading HR strategies across a global commercial and innovation workforce. Her leadership was instrumental in managing the M&A integration process with Petronas, as well as driving organizational transformation towards specialty chemicals. She also oversaw diversity and inclusion initiatives and contributed to establishing new legal entities in the APAC region.
Before Perstorp Group, Aida worked at AFRY, where she held several leadership roles, including Project Leader for the Future Workplace and Senior HR Business Partner. Over nearly eight years, she focused on strategic HR management, M&A processes, and organizational development. Her work in transforming AFRY’s workplace concepts and integrating newly acquired companies played a key role in AFRY’s success.
Aida also brings experience from Pitney Bowes, where she served as an HR Generalist for three years, contributing to HR process development and policy implementation. Additionally, she gained valuable experience in HR consulting and recruitment during her time at Vattenfall.
