Before joining Prabhudas Lilladher, Ajay founded People Shapers, an HR services firm, where he served as Founder & CEO. His firm provided a wide range of HR solutions, including executive hiring, talent management, and training services, catering to industries like BFSI, FMCG, IT, and more.
Earlier in his career, Ajay served as Associate Director and Head of Human Resources and Administration at Anand Rathi Shares and Stock Brokers Ltd, where he led HR initiatives for broking and distribution services and implemented a range of employee engagement and performance management programs. His leadership was instrumental in Anand Rathi receiving the Great Places to Work Certification for FY 2022 and FY 2023.
Ajay also held HR leadership roles at Aditya Birla Money Ltd, Sahara India, and Angel One, where he was responsible for end-to-end HR operations, strategic recruitment, and talent management. His career highlights include hiring over 20,000 employees, implementing employee engagement activities, and streamlining HR operations across multiple business verticals.
