Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2025 — Akanksha Mishra has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at ADAPS, marking a significant step in her extensive career spanning across IT, consulting, and retail industries. In her new role, Akanksha will be instrumental in shaping the company’s talent strategy, organizational development, and change leadership initiatives.
Before joining ADAPS, Akanksha served as Talent Partner at Solera, Inc., where she led key initiatives in human capital management, talent management, and leadership development over a span of nearly four years. Her experience at Solera was defined by her strong focus on building agile HR systems and promoting inclusive work environments.
Previously, she worked with HIL Limited (CK Birla Group) as Deputy Manager – HR, where she functioned as an HR Business Partner driving performance management and employee engagement strategies. She also held impactful HR roles at Gap Inc., Deloitte, and Cyient, contributing across talent operations, recruitment, and organizational development.
Akanksha began her career in human resources with roles at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Accenture, where she honed her expertise in recruitment planning, stakeholder management, and HRIS systems. Her journey reflects a consistent commitment to driving employee-focused strategies and building connected, high-performing workplaces.
