Idstein, Hesse, Germany, November 2025 — Aki Arráez Ramón has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Jack Wolfskin, marking the next chapter in her impactful journey with the company. Based in Idstein, Hesse, Aki will continue to steer the brand’s People & Culture transformation with a focus on leadership, communication, organizational design, and digital innovation as the company expands under Anta Sports Group, the world’s third-largest sportswear company.
Aki has been a key architect of Jack Wolfskin’s people strategy for over three years. As Vice President, People and Culture, she led initiatives that deeply integrated leadership and cultural transformation, process digitization, and data transparency. Her people-first philosophy and data-driven HR leadership have helped build a stronger, more agile workforce culture that aligns with Jack Wolfskin’s bold brand ethos — “Wild by Nature.”
Before joining Jack Wolfskin, Aki served as Vice President, People at GROPYUS, where she designed and implemented comprehensive people solutions across the entire employee lifecycle. Her remit included recruitment, people operations, engagement, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and organizational design, helping GROPYUS strengthen its talent ecosystem in the emerging field of sustainable construction technology.
Prior to that, Aki spent more than 11 years with adidas in various senior leadership roles. As Vice President, HR Strategy, she served as Chief of Staff to the CHRO, leading HR’s global project management office, strategic workforce planning, and HR cloud transformation. During her tenure as Senior Director, HR Strategy & Diversity, she spearheaded global DEI programs, employee experience initiatives, and HR analytics, helping shape adidas’s inclusive and performance-oriented culture. She also held multiple communications leadership positions within adidas, including Director of Content Strategy and Senior Manager of Global Internal Communications, where he enhanced cross-functional engagement across global operations.
Earlier in her career, Aki worked with BMW Group’s MINI Plant Oxford as Manager, Internal Communications, leading employee engagement for over 4,000 associates. She began her professional journey with Asahi Glass Co. (AGC Group) in Amsterdam as a Freelance Business Coordinator and Interpreter, supporting international exhibitions and client negotiations.
