Prior to that, she was an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Heidrick & Struggles, where she provided strategic guidance on corporate growth, leadership development, and business transformation. She played a key role in driving 30% revenue growth and strengthening executive talent pipelines.
Earlier, she served as Chief Executive Officer at Spencer Stuart, leading business strategy, market expansion, and operational improvements. Under her leadership, the company experienced a 45% increase in revenue and expanded into three new global markets.
Alao also held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Allegis Group, where she spearheaded HR transformation, DEI initiatives, and workforce planning. She successfully reduced employee turnover by 35% and improved employee satisfaction by 40% through strategic talent management.
