With an extensive background in talent acquisition, staffing solutions, and recruitment strategy, he will be responsible for strengthening Buzzworks’ hiring capabilities, driving workforce expansion, and optimizing recruitment operations.
Before joining Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd., Ramkumar Kommineni served as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at thinkAPPS Solutions Inc., where he led high-volume and niche talent hiring. Prior to that, he was Senior Director – Talent Acquisition at HiyaMee, where he played a crucial role in scaling recruitment operations and streamlining talent acquisition processes.
Ramkumar spent nearly 11 years at Mphasis, where he progressed from Associate Vice President to Vice President – Talent Acquisition for India, UK/Europe & Asia Pacific. In this role, he led large-scale hiring for multiple business verticals, managed recruitment teams across APAC and EMEA regions, and improved offer-to-joining ratios. His expertise in workforce planning, process optimization, and leadership hiring was instrumental in Mphasis’ success.
Earlier in his career, Ramkumar worked as Lead – Recruitment at Avaya, Location Lead – Staffing at Mphasis, and Assistant Manager – Recruitment at Virtusa, where he honed his skills in recruitment strategy, staffing, and HR operations.
