Mexico City, Mexico, December 2025 – Alberto Cervera Fenollosa has taken on a new role as Head of Human Resources – North America at Teka Group, a global leader in kitchen appliances and bath solutions. Based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, Alberto will oversee HR strategies and operations across Teka’s North American business, aligning people initiatives with the company’s ambitious growth and innovation goals in the region.
Prior to joining Teka Group, Alberto served as HR Principal at ACKERMANN INTERNATIONAL, where he led talent strategies and executive HR consulting for nearly two years, supporting clients across Miami and beyond with tailored people solutions.
In his four-year tenure at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel, Alberto held roles including HR Senior Consultant – North America and HR Consultant – Iberia & Latin America, spearheading workforce solutions and regional talent programs that supported energy and sustainability sectors across two continents.
Earlier, Alberto held HR roles at Honeywell and Amazon, managing HR operations across EMEA and the DACH region respectively. His early career also includes a role as Psychologist at Villarreal CF, demonstrating a strong foundation in behavioral sciences and team performance.
