Acton, Massachusetts, United States, July 2025 – Lisa Blair Davis has joined Insulet Corporation as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over three decades of global HR leadership experience and a profound commitment to people-centered transformation in the healthcare and med tech industries. Lisa expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “Insulet’s mission to improve the lives of people with diabetes deeply resonates with me… I look forward to elevating the employee experience and driving a talent strategy that empowers our people and our mission.”

Before joining Insulet, Lisa held several global leadership roles during her 23-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, she served as Worldwide Vice President of Human Resources for J&J’s Med Tech division, where she led talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development across the globe. She was also a member of the Human Resources Executive Committee, actively shaping the company’s people agenda.

Earlier at Johnson & Johnson, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Consumer Medical Devices, where she was instrumental in integrating Abbott Medical Optics and aligning leadership and talent strategies across global operations. She also served as VP, International Total Rewards & Global Benefits, overseeing compensation strategy and wellness programs for J&J’s international workforce, focused on modernizing the employee value proposition.

Lisa’s earlier roles span HR leadership at Cordis, Biosense Webster, and various J&J operating companies, where she managed both commercial and HR responsibilities, building strong expertise in sales, benefits strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Her early years in HR were grounded in roles as an HR Generalist and HR Manager, which built her strong foundation in business-aligned people practices.

Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business and is widely respected for her ability to align business strategy with inclusive, purpose-driven HR innovation.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
