Niš, Serbia, June 2024 – Aleksandra Lazic has taken on the role of Head of HR Business Partner Plant Niš at LEONI. With over 13 years of experience at LEONI, Aleksandra brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the company’s HR processes to her new role.
Aleksandra has been with LEONI for approximately 13 years and 2 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Country Team Leader Recruiting for about 2 years, where she managed recruitment marketing activities, conducted selection processes for blue and white-collar positions, and actively participated in global recruitment projects. She also handled labor market analysis and employer branding activities, and coordinated GDPR compliance within the country.
Before that, she was the HR Business Partner TL for approximately 11 months, where she focused on developing HR key processes and managing recruitment, training, and development activities.
Aleksandra also served as the HR Key Processes Development Leader for around 1 year and 11 months. In this role, she coordinated the training and recruitment teams, communicated relevant information to team members, and participated in company project teams. She was responsible for training and integrating new company team members, continuously improving the recruitment and training processes, and participating in external and internal communication processes.
She also held the position of Team Leader Recruitment & Training for about 2 years and 2 months, where she coordinated training and recruitment activities, participated in company project teams, and managed personnel care activities.
Earlier in her career, Aleksandra worked as an HR Assistant for approximately 4 years and 3 months, and as a Production Referent for about 2 years and 7 months.
