Geneva, Switzerland, June 2024 – Alessandro Pecci is promotd as Head of Human Resources at REYL Intesa Sanpaolo. Alessandro is enthusiastic about contributing to the company’s growth and success by driving HR strategies and initiatives.
Alessandro Pecci brings extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership to his new role at REYL Intesa Sanpaolo. Prior to joining REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, he served as the Head of Learning and Development, Culture and Inclusion at Intesa Sanpaolo Vita from March 2022 to May 2024. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing Learning & Development, Culture, and Inclusion at the Group level following the acquisition of Cargeas Assicurazioni by Intesa Sanpaolo Vita.
From November 2018 to March 2022, Alessandro was the Head of Human Resources and Organization at CARGEAS Assicurazioni S.p.A.. During his tenure, he successfully integrated Group HR Processes while maintaining local agility, launched the Work Smarter Program to enhance work quality, and introduced a regular employee listening process to boost engagement. He also designed and released a new Employees Portal to improve internal communication.
Prior to that, he held the role of Head of Organization and Services at CARGEAS Assicurazioni S.p.A. from May 2014 to October 2018. Alessandro managed Project Management (PMO), Process Management, Procurement, and Facility Management, successfully setting up a central Procurement Office and delivering critical business projects and programs.
Alessandro also has significant experience with Zurich Insurance plc, where he worked from January 2009 to April 2014, initially as a Business Program Manager / PMO and later as the Head of Business Architecture. He led a team of business analysts, managed business demand, identified needs and opportunities, and defined business solutions in collaboration with IT and Operations.
Before joining Zurich Insurance, Alessandro worked at Allianz from February 2005 to January 2009 as an IT Project Manager and later as a Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of critical projects and providing managerial support for all projects conducted by the company.
Alessandro began his career at Accenture as a Consultant from November 2000 to January 2005, working in IT Consulting within the Financial Services Solution Engineering Team. He conducted functional and technical analysis, software programming, and application design, leading small teams of programmers.
