London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Alex D. has been appointed as Chief People Officer at AllSaints, where Alex will lead global people strategy, organizational culture, and talent initiatives during an exciting phase of the brand’s growth and transformation.
Alex joined AllSaints in May 2024 as Global People and Culture Director, where Alex guided strategic people initiatives to strengthen workforce engagement and capability across regions. This role laid the foundation for Alex’s elevation to the top HR leadership position within the company.
Previously, Alex served as People Director – UK & EMEA at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where Alex was accountable for the exponential growth of one of the company’s fastest-growing regions. Alex oversaw workforce planning, organizational redesign, and leadership development to support ambitious market expansion and product launches.
Before that, Alex was Group Human Resources Director at TFG Brands (London) Limited, holding global board responsibility for HR strategy, business partnering, and transformation across multiple fashion brands. Alex drove organizational design optimization post-acquisition, initiated a comprehensive DEI strategy, introduced HR automation, and delivered significant cultural transformation and employee engagement gains.
Earlier in Alex’s career, Alex spent nearly a decade with Phase Eight, progressing through senior HR leadership roles. As HR Director, Alex supported the brand’s evolution from a UK-centric retailer to a global omnichannel business, enabling rapid international expansion into seven new territories, aligning people strategy with digital transformation, and implementing progressive policies to improve engagement and retention.
Alex holds a Master’s in People Development from the University of Westminster (2007–2008), further strengthening their expertise in building high-performance, inclusive, and future-ready organizations.
