Manchester, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Alex Kelly has taken on a new role as Head of Talent Integration at HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). In this new position, Alex is spearheading the development of apprenticeship and career development opportunities within the organization, continuing his dedication to enhancing talent strategies in public service.
Alex transitions into this role following a successful tenure as Head of Talent Acquisition at HMRC, where he served for nearly three years. In that position, he led nationwide recruitment initiatives, refined employer branding strategies, and implemented process improvements that significantly strengthened the department’s talent attraction and hiring performance.
Before that, Alex was Deputy Head of Recruitment Operations, where he helped streamline recruitment operations across multiple locations. His ability to drive efficiency and deliver scalable recruitment solutions played a key role in positioning HMRC as a progressive government employer.
Prior to joining HMRC, Alex built deep experience in the private sector, including his time as Talent Acquisition Director at Teleperformance UK, where he led hiring for large-scale contact centre operations, and Senior Consultant roles at MERJE and PSD Group. His career also spans work in recruitment partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and leadership coaching.
