Earlier, she held the role of Payroll Benefits Specialist at Huntsworth Health, followed by Payroll & Benefits Manager at System1Group. These assignments helped him build a strong foundation in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR support across different business environments.
Earlier in his career, Hannan W. also worked with EBRD as Assistant Analyst (SAP Payroll) in London Area, United Kingdom, and with FT Press in Expats Payroll. She further expanded his expertise at Bunge in Payroll & HR, and at The AES Corporation as HR & Payroll EMEA in Richmond, United Kingdom. At AES, she managed payroll independently, implemented more efficient payroll processes, liaised with outsourced payroll providers on international taxation, wrote payroll manuals for new starters, and became a recognized point of contact for expatriate payroll matters. These experiences reflect a career built on strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of payroll and mobility processes.
