Alexander’s journey with Christian Dior Couture began in May 2022, where he initially served as Talent Acquisition Manager, Southeast, focusing on sourcing top talent for retail locations across major U.S. cities. His outstanding contributions led to a promotion as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, US in January 2024, during which he expanded his oversight to include strategic recruitment efforts nationwide.

Before joining Christian Dior Couture, Alexander honed his expertise at Barry’s, where he held roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, HQ. His responsibilities included leading recruitment strategies across corporate headquarters and 50 studio locations nationwide.

Prior to Barry’s, Alexander spent over six years at JBC Holdings, a global search firm specializing in fashion, retail, beauty, and lifestyle industries. In his role as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, US, Alexander demonstrated exceptional ability in sourcing high-caliber talent for prominent organizations.
