Before that, he was the Region Human Resources Director at Americold Logistics, LLC for nearly five years. In this capacity, Alexander led HR activities across the East Region, providing strategic guidance on labor relations, policy implementation, and employee engagement.
Earlier in his career, Alexander was the Executive Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations at W. R. Grace & Co. for approximately two years, where he managed labor relations, negotiations, and employee development initiatives, significantly reducing grievances by 90%.
Alexander also held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Express Scripts for over three years, where he successfully negotiated multiple union contracts, improved employee relations, and reduced turnover by 40%.
