Prior to joining City National Bank, Alexandra served briefly as Head of Skills & Staffing at City National Bank in July 2024, overseeing the development of staffing models and talent strategies that align with organizational goals.
Before her time at City National Bank, Alexandra was the Chief People & Culture Officer at Leader Dogs for the Blind for over two years, where she played a critical role in driving culture change and employee engagement initiatives. Her contributions strengthened the organization’s leadership and development programs.
In her earlier tenure, she held various leadership roles at Huntington National Bank for over four years, where she served as HR Governance Manager, Vice President and later as Employee Experience Manager, among other HR-focused leadership positions.
Alexandra’s career also includes a significant role as an Instructional Designer at Innovative Learning Group, and she has been actively involved in academia as a Part-Time Instructor in Organizational Leadership at Oakland University since 2018, demonstrating her commitment to both practical and academic aspects of talent development.
