Geneva, Switzerland, July 2025 – Alice Bordoloi has taken on a new role as Head of People Engagement & DEI at EFG International, marking a significant step forward in the firm’s commitment to cultivating inclusive, purpose-driven workplace cultures. In this leadership position, Alice will be responsible for driving global employee engagement and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across EFG’s international footprint.
Alice brings over two years of dedicated experience within EFG International, where she previously served as Senior People Engagement & DEI Specialist. In that role, she played a pivotal role in launching enterprise-wide programs focused on employee voice, psychological safety, belonging, and inclusive leadership. Her transition into this senior leadership position underscores her strategic impact and alignment with EFG’s values-led approach to people and culture.
Prior to her tenure at EFG, Alice spent seven years at Weber Shandwick, where she advanced from Account Manager to Account Director in Corporate Communications & Sustainability. Based in the Cologne and Geneva regions, she led regional and global client engagements focused on responsible business strategy, ESG communications, and stakeholder trust—laying a strong foundation for her later shift into internal people strategy and DEI leadership.
Earlier in her career, Alice held roles as Editor / Project Manager at Future Connection AG, and spent four years with Credit Suisse in Zurich, where she worked as a PR Specialist and later a Senior PR Specialist, delivering corporate communication strategies in a complex financial services environment. Her career also includes earlier assignments in editorial, translation, and office management at ETH Zürich and Tanzhaus Zürich, reflecting a multi-disciplinary foundation.
