Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, November 2025 — Infineon Technologies, a global leader in semiconductors and digital innovation, has announced the appointment of Alicia LaMotte as Head of Emerging Talent Acquisition – Americas. In this expanded leadership role, Alicia will spearhead Infineon’s early-career and university hiring strategy across the Americas, shaping the company’s future talent pipeline and fostering partnerships with academic and professional institutions.
Alicia has been an integral part of Infineon Technologies for over three years, most recently serving as Emerging Talent Staff Specialist, where she led campus engagement, recruitment branding, and early-career program development. Her efforts have been instrumental in advancing Infineon’s mission to attract and develop high-potential talent in the fast-evolving semiconductor industry.
Before joining Infineon, Alicia worked with Credit One Bank as Campus Programs Partner II, where she designed and implemented recruitment initiatives that connected academic excellence with corporate opportunities. Her work contributed significantly to the company’s employer branding and student engagement outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Alicia served at Nevada State University, where she held key roles including Coordinator of Orientation & Peer Mentorship and Pre-Health Academic Advisor & Success Coach. In these positions, she empowered hundreds of students to chart meaningful academic and career pathways, fostering student success and leadership.
Prior to her higher education tenure, Alicia gained valuable operational and leadership experience as Residence Director at Meredith College and Assistant Residence Coordinator at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she managed student programs, residence operations, and mentorship initiatives. She also contributed to City Year Greater Philadelphia as a cyMentor Project Leader, engaging alumni and corporate partners in mentoring programs that strengthened community leadership and youth empowerment.
