During this time, he played a central role in supporting a clinical team of more than 700 licensed professionals across telehealth, skilled nursing facilities, in-person clinics, assisted living facilities, and home health care settings.

Prior to this role, Ryan was Vice President – Recruitment & Retention at Vitae Health Systems, leading talent strategy for a fast-growing healthcare services organization focused on supporting skilled nursing facilities across the Midwest and East Coast. His work contributed to strengthening recruitment pipelines, improving retention mechanisms, and aligning staffing solutions with patient-centered models of care.

Ryan also served as Vice President – Recruitment & Retention at Alvita Care, where he oversaw recruitment operations for premier in-home care services designed to enhance client well-being, independence, and dignity. He played a key role in designing customized care-team staffing solutions and ensuring timely fulfillment for diverse in-home care needs.

Earlier in his career, Ryan spent seven years at CHE Behavioral Health Services as Vice President – Talent Acquisition, and prior to that, over five years at Randstad Healthcare, progressing through roles including Director of Physician Recruitment, Manager – Physician Recruitment, and Physician Consultant.
