Washington, D.C., United States, January 2025 — Alicia Salo Marshall has been appointed as Vice President Talent, Life Sciences at Danaher Corporation, where she will lead talent strategies and development across the life sciences division. With extensive expertise in talent management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), Marshall is set to play a key role in strengthening Danaher’s workforce strategies as the company continues to innovate in the life sciences sector.
Before joining Danaher Corporation, Alicia Salo Marshall served as Executive Director, Head of DE&I at Raytheon, where she led initiatives to enhance inclusion and equity strategies across the organization. Additionally, she held the role of Executive Director, Talent at Raytheon Intelligence & Space for approximately three years, where she was responsible for driving talent management and leadership development across the division.
Prior to this, she was Executive Director, Talent Management at Raytheon Technologies, where she oversaw leadership pipelines and workforce planning strategies. Earlier, she held multiple roles within Raytheon, including Director of Global Talent Development, where she spearheaded executive development programs, and Executive Talent Development Manager, where she enhanced leadership capabilities.
Her early career includes serving as HR Generalist at SRA International, Inc., where she contributed to HR operations and employee relations strategies.
