London, United Kingdom, January 2026 — Alina Stoian has stepped into the role of Head of People Operations at emagine, marking a significant leadership transition within the organization’s people function.
In her new role, Alina Stoian will be responsible for leading people operations across the business, strengthening HR processes, and supporting emagine’s continued growth across key international markets. Her appointment reflects emagine’s focus on building scalable, people-centric frameworks aligned with its evolving global consulting model.
Alina has been associated with emagine for over three years and has progressed through a series of senior HR leadership roles within the organization. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Senior HR Business Partner for the UK, Netherlands, and Romania, where she partnered closely with regional leadership teams to support workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Before that, she held the role of HR Business Partner, UK & Netherlands, further deepening her exposure to cross-border HR operations and stakeholder management.
Before joining emagine, Alina built strong consulting experience as an HR Consultant at WorkNest, advising clients on a wide range of people and employment matters. She previously held a similar HR consulting role at Law At Work, part of Marlowe plc, and began her UK-based HR career with Nestor Business Consulting, also part of Marlowe plc, where she worked as a Human Resources Assistant.
Earlier in her career, Alina gained hands-on HR and recruitment experience with organizations including Bakkavor, Vida Care, and Hartwig Care Ltd., developing a solid foundation across HR administration, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management. She started her professional journey in Romania, where she worked as a Supervisor at ZYX OIL SRL, bringing early operational leadership experience to her later HR career.
With a strong blend of in-house HR leadership and consulting expertise across multiple European markets, Alina Stoian brings valuable perspective and operational depth to her new role as Head of People Operations at emagine.
