Sushant Singh brings a strong blend of enterprise HR leadership and high-growth business exposure. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Head of Human Resources at Diestic Technologies Private Limited, where he played a key role in building HR systems, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting the organization through its strategic pivot toward logistics-led and commerce-driven growth. His progression to Vice President reflects the organization’s confidence in his ability to scale people practices aligned with business transformation.

Before joining Diestic, Sushant worked with Nestlé as Head HR – East (Sales & Nutrition), where he partnered with large, geographically distributed sales and nutrition teams, driving workforce effectiveness and people interventions in complex operating environments.

He also spent time with Amazon as Territory HR Head – Last Mile (North Region), supporting frontline operations at scale and managing HR for one of the most execution-intensive segments of e-commerce logistics in India.

A significant part of Sushant’s early career was shaped at ITC Limited, where he held multiple roles across Talent & Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, Rewards, and Employee Relations within the India Tobacco Division. His experience at ITC provided deep exposure to structured HR systems, industrial relations, leadership development, and large workforce management. Earlier in his career, he also worked with Tata Motors in an organization effectiveness consulting role and began his HR journey with T.I.M.E. (Triumphant Institute of Management Education).

Sushant Singh holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service. He is currently pursuing the Future CHRO Programme from Harvard Business School Online, further strengthening his strategic HR and leadership capabilities.
