Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2024 – Alkem Laboratories Ltd. is thrilled to announce that Rahul Vijayvargiya has joined as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the corporate office.
With over two decades of extensive HR experience across diverse industries in India and international markets, Rahul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Alkem team. His most recent role was with Reliance Retail Ltd., where he served as Head of Human Resources for the Pharma Retail division. His vast experience and leadership skills are a perfect fit for Alkem, and we are excited about the innovative contributions he will bring.
Prior to that, he spent over seven years at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as a Human Resources leader. From July 2011 to December 2013, Rahul worked with Pfizer in Mumbai. His earlier roles include HR positions at the Aditya Birla Group (Retail Business), Future Group India, Shoppers Stop Ltd., and as an HR consultant at Ma Foi Randstad.
