Portland, Oregon, United States, March 2025 – Allison Adcox has been promoted to Chief People Officer at Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN). In this role, she will oversee people strategy, leadership development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and workforce planning to foster an engaged, high-performing, and values-driven organization.
Allison has been a key part of USDN for nearly three years, previously serving as Senior Director of People Operations and People Operations Director. She has played a pivotal role in enhancing HR operations, building sustainable workforce strategies, and leading talent development efforts.
Prior to USDN, Allison held multiple leadership roles at the Nonprofit Association of Oregon, where she led HR strategy, nonprofit learning programs, and operational excellence for over a decade. Her experience spans organizational development, employee engagement, DEI, and talent management, supporting mission-driven organizations in achieving long-term impact.
