Alycia has been with WeFX for over four years, previously serving as Human Resources Manager. During her tenure, she contributed significantly to process improvement, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, positioning the company for sustainable growth.
Before joining WeFX, Alycia gained valuable experience at SPIN VFX, where she served as a Production Assistant during two internship stints, working on high-profile film and television projects. Her early career also includes roles such as Front Desk Receptionist at Elsa’s Esthetics and General Volunteer at the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA, showcasing her commitment to service and operational excellence.
