Maywood, New Jersey, United States, July 2025 – Amanda Brinkerhoff has taken on a new role as Vice President, Human Resources at Groupe Clarins, continuing her impressive career journey within the organization. In this elevated leadership position, Amanda will be responsible for steering human capital strategy, fostering inclusive culture, and aligning HR practices with the company’s sustainability and growth vision.
Amanda has spent over 13 years at Groupe Clarins, steadily advancing through multiple HR roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility, where she played a pivotal role in integrating sustainability into people practices, strengthening DEI frameworks, and enhancing employee engagement.
Prior to that, Amanda held the role of Human Resources Director, where she oversaw talent initiatives, compliance, and performance management systems across the U.S. operations. Her earlier roles included Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, where she focused on leadership development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Amanda began her journey with Groupe Clarins as Administrator, Human Resources, and rapidly progressed through positions including Senior HR Administrator, HR Generalist, and eventually into leadership. Her consistent performance, strategic mindset, and deep alignment with the company’s values have been instrumental in her growth.
