In this role, Amanda will lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning. Her expertise in talent strategy will be critical in driving HR solutions and managing organizational change for Camden Delta’s clients.
Amanda has been with Camden Delta Consulting for over 11 years, most recently serving as Senior Talent Management Consultant. During her tenure, she partnered with HR and business leaders to design talent management programs that support company strategy, while also leading executive coaching and leadership assessment initiatives. Her efforts significantly enhanced succession planning and leadership pipeline readiness.
Prior to Camden Delta, Amanda worked at Right Management as a Talent Management Consultant, where she focused on leader assessment, employee engagement, and technology implementation to improve organizational effectiveness. She also gained valuable experience at Conner Partners, where she served as a Change Management Analyst, focusing on strategy implementation and personal resilience assessment.
