Prior to her promotion, Nicholas served as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at EssilorLuxottica, where she was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and managing HR functions across various corporate functions. Her tenure at EssilorLuxottica began just nine months ago, marking a rapid rise through the ranks thanks to her strategic vision and leadership capabilities.

Before joining EssilorLuxottica, Nicholas was an HR Manager at The Wendy’s Company in St Petersburg, Florida. During her nearly three years with Wendy’s, she acted as a strategic HR Business Partner to C-Suite leaders across several departments including Global Technology and Marketing. Her efforts significantly boosted the HR delivery system and employee satisfaction rates.

Nicholas also held significant roles at Lear Corporation, where she started as an Assistant HR Manager and was later promoted to HR Specialist. At Lear, she was known for her effective management of union relations and talent acquisition, enhancing the company’s labor relations and recruitment strategies.

Earlier in her career, Nicholas demonstrated her HR expertise at several other prestigious organizations, including managing strategic HR projects at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and overseeing human resources operations at CrossFire Group.
