Known for her ability to align people strategies with business goals, Amanda’s appointment marks a new chapter for the privately owned steel and aluminum bar grating manufacturer.
Before joining Ohio Gratings in June 2025, Amanda served as Chief Talent Officer at Legacy Roofing Services, where she led the full talent lifecycle across the organization. Over her five-year tenure, she played a transformative role in strengthening the company’s talent architecture and enhancing its employer brand.
Her most significant tenure was with Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group, where she spent over a decade, advancing from Director of Human Resources to AVP, Operations. There, she successfully bridged the gap between HR and core operations, leveraging her dual experience to drive efficiency, engagement, and organizational alignment.
Amanda began her career in healthcare, holding HR roles at DeVenture Health Partners and Aultman Hospital, and earned her MBA in Human Resource Management from Walden University. Her robust foundation in compensation, staffing, and recruitment has supported her strategic ascent into executive leadership.
