Prior to joining Malibu Boats, Amanda served as Chief People Officer at Vontier, where she was instrumental in advancing HR transformation and leading global total rewards, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Her leadership helped align the workforce across diverse business verticals focused on mobility and industrial technology.
Before her time at Vontier, Amanda had an extensive career of nearly 20 years at U.S. Xpress, Inc., where she rose through the ranks from Benefits Manager to Executive Vice President, People and Safety. She led a 425-member team supporting over 10,000 employees across multiple HR functions, playing a central role in workforce realignment post-acquisition and introducing award-winning leadership development programs like ‘Xpress Path.’
In earlier roles at Synthetic Industries Corporation and Capitol USA, LLC, Amanda demonstrated her ability to drive employee-centric HR policies, transition large workforces through lean manufacturing models, and implement equitable compensation and benefits frameworks.
