Dallas, Texas, United States, June 2024 – Rebecca Krauland has been appointed as the new Vice President HR Solutions at Lockton. With extensive experience in HR solutions and compensation management, Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to her new role.
Rebecca Krauland has had a remarkable journey at Lockton. Before assuming her new position as Vice President HR Solutions in June 2024, Rebecca served as the Assistant Vice President, HR Solutions from June 2022 to June 2024. In this role, she led HR initiatives and contributed significantly to the company’s growth and success. Prior to this, she was the Senior Manager, HR Solutions from March 2022 to June 2022, where she managed HR projects and developed strategic HR solutions.
Before her tenure at Lockton, Rebecca held various roles at different organizations. She was the Compensation Partner IV at MoneyGram International from October 2019 to March 2022, where she developed and implemented compensation strategies. Prior to that, she served as the Senior Compensation Analyst at Concho from December 2018 to October 2019. Rebecca also worked at Lockton Companies as a Compensation Consultant from March 2017 to December 2018, where she provided expert advice on compensation matters.
Rebecca’s career began at Zale as an Associate OD Specialist from July 2011 to October 2012. She then moved on to P2 Energy Solutions as an HR Generalist and later as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst from July 2013 to May 2016. She also worked as an HR Generalist at the City of Centennial from May 2016 to February 2017.
In addition to her professional roles, Rebecca has been actively involved in various boards and associations. She currently serves as the Sr VP and Board of Directors member at the North Texas Compensation Association, and as the Secretary at the Texas Total Rewards Association.
