Gurugram, Haryana, India, April, 2025 — Amandeep Sarna has been appointed as Chief Digital & Information Officer at ITC Hotels Limited, marking a new chapter in his distinguished career in hospitality technology. With over two decades of experience across global hotel chains and technology leadership, Amandeep will now lead ITC Hotels’ digital transformation and information systems strategy to support business growth and guest-centric innovation.
Prior to this, Amandeep served as Chief Information Officer, Hotels Division at ITC Limited, where he played a pivotal role in elevating the company’s digital capabilities. His initiatives supported core business functions and helped build a technology-driven roadmap to deliver enhanced customer experiences and operational agility across ITC’s hotel brands.
Before joining ITC Limited, he was Vice President – Technology & Digital at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, where he led the digital transformation efforts with a strong focus on guest personalization and technology modernization. His previous role as Vice President – Global, Application Development at Kerzner International in Dubai showcased his expertise in global IT strategy, leading major projects such as website transformation, Salesforce integration, and migration to AWS cloud.
Amandeep also held prominent technology leadership roles at Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he managed digital transformation and IT integration across Asia Pacific. His early experience includes stints with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, ONYX Hospitality Group, Dawnay Day Hotels, and IT leadership roles at ITC Fortune Hotels and Bright Star Hotels Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation in enterprise IT strategy and operations.
