Caroline, who brings over 15 years of experience in the gaming sector, is set to spearhead the company’s Licensing, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Consultancy services. Her primary focus will be on identifying and mitigating areas of risk within Amber Gaming’s products and services. This will involve the development and implementation of robust compliance policies and frameworks, as well as the promotion of best practices to enhance the reliability of service offered by Amber Gaming.
Caroline‘s vast experience includes significant roles at a NASDAQ-listed gaming company, where she led departments focused on corporate integrity and risk and compliance. During her tenure, she managed high-profile risk management projects and post-merger and acquisition integrations, showcasing her capability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Her background is further complemented by her qualification as a chartered accountant, having audited gaming clients at a Big Four accountancy firm. Caroline’s commitment to compliance is demonstrated through her attainment of several qualifications, including diplomas from the International Compliance Association in Compliance & Risk and Financial Crime Prevention, as well as an advanced diploma in International Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.
