With an extensive career spanning over two decades across healthcare, wellness, and senior care industries, Ameena brings a deep understanding of brand transformation, business growth, and digital strategy to her new leadership role.
Ameena joined GraceVive Healthcare Private Limited in August 2025, where she leads the company’s marketing, brand, and communication initiatives. She is responsible for driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and positioning GraceVive as India’s most trusted name in senior and geriatric healthcare. Her strategic vision focuses on human-centered storytelling and creating meaningful engagement between the brand and families seeking compassionate, high-quality elder care.
Prior to this, Ameena served as a Business Consultant – Strategy & Growth for leading organizations including Clarks Exotica, Kites Senior Care, TMS Mindspace, and Dozee AI Health. In this consulting capacity, she helped C-suite teams strengthen digital sales, customer acquisition, and brand development strategies across hospitality, mental health, and healthcare technology sectors.
Earlier, Ameena held key leadership roles as Vice President – Business Development & Digital Marketing at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd., where she grew digital sales topline by 60% within six months, and as Vice President – Sales & Marketing at DayToDay Health, an AI-driven health-tech company headquartered in Boston. She also served as Vice President – Marketing at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals and General Manager – Marketing at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, where she played a pivotal role in brand expansion and digital transformation across multiple Indian cities.
Her career also includes strategic marketing and communications leadership at Pacific International Hospital in Australia and Nova Specialty Hospitals, along with senior roles at Motherhood Hospital and Apollo Hospitals, where she developed strong capabilities in corporate marketing, branding, customer engagement, and healthcare operations. Ameena began her career as a Dietitian and Nutrition Counselor, demonstrating a rare blend of clinical insight and marketing acumen that continues to shape her leadership approach today.
Ameena holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, where she submitted a dissertation on “The Growing Influence of Social Media in Healthcare.” She also completed an executive program in Digital Marketing for Business Growth from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).
In her new capacity at GraceVive, Ameena aims to leverage her diverse experience to drive the company’s mission of offering holistic, compassionate, and world-class senior living and healthcare experiences in serene, wellness-focused environments.
