With nearly two decades of cross-sector HR leadership across pharma, medical devices, healthcare, and textiles, Amit brings a rare blend of strategic foresight and hands-on operational excellence. He is widely recognized for his ability to navigate complex organizational transformations, drive people-centric strategies, and build HR ecosystems that fuel rapid business growth.
In his previous role, Amit played a pivotal role in building Entero Healthcare, where he served as Group HR Head for over five years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the company’s journey from a start-up to one of India’s youngest listed healthcare enterprises within just six years — a testament to his leadership in organizational design, HR transformation, and strategic workforce development.
Before Entero Healthcare, Amit held key leadership roles at Abbott, Alkem Laboratories Ltd., and Shalina Healthcare, where he led HR strategy across domestic and international markets. His tenure also includes impactful stints at Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd. and DNA Infoline, where he contributed to talent management, organizational restructuring, and culture-building initiatives.
In his new role at BMH Group, Amit will spearhead the people strategy across the platform’s flagship hospitals, focusing on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Leveraging his deep transformation experience and business acumen, he will play a crucial role in shaping a cohesive and high-performance culture aligned with BMH Group’s growth vision.
