Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Amit Gupta has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer at Raise Financial Services, where he will lead the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and governance as it scales its fintech and wealth management platforms.
Amit brings over two decades of diverse financial leadership experience, most recently serving as Group CFO at Arka Fincap Limited, where he held several senior roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he played a key role in capital structuring, resource mobilization, and performance transformation across business units.
Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President – Treasury and Corporate Finance at IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd., where he was instrumental in fundraising and investor relations for nearly seven years. His earlier stints include leadership positions at ICICI Bank, Magma Leasing Limited, and SRMB Udyog Limited, showcasing his strengths in treasury, corporate finance, risk governance, and strategic planning.
Amit is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, having earned his credentials from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College and has undertaken executive studies in finance at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. At Raise, he is expected to further financial innovation and deliver long-term value for stakeholders through strong fiscal discipline and future-focused planning.
