Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 — Amit Kaicker has been appointed as Chief Business Officer at Signature Global, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s senior team. With over 26 years of diverse leadership experience in the real estate sector, Amit brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and strategic planning, gained through senior roles at DLF Limited, Housr, Puravankara Limited, and ICFAI Business School.

In his most recent role at DLF Limited, Amit served as Senior Vice President and Business Head – New Gurgaon, where he successfully led major project launches and contributed significantly to the region’s residential growth. Prior to this, he held national leadership roles in business development and institutional sales at Puravankara Limited and Quikr Homes, as well as helming real estate operations and land acquisition functions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Reliance Model Economic Township.

Amit also brings academic insight to his leadership, having taught Strategy, Sales, and Marketing as a visiting faculty at ICFAI Business School. His educational background spans prestigious institutions such as the School of Planning and Architecture, IIFT Delhi, and the London School of Economics, grounding him with both practical and theoretical mastery of the real estate ecosystem.

At Signature Global, Amit will lead business strategy and growth initiatives with a clear focus on delivering innovative, customer-first solutions that align with the company’s expansion into the mid-housing segment. His appointment is expected to bolster Signature Global’s momentum as it aims to meet aggressive growth and sales targets in FY25 and beyond.

The company has delivered 10.4 million sq. ft. of housing, with 16.4 million sq. ft. under construction and 32.2 million sq. ft. in the pipeline.
