Tel Aviv District, Israel, February 2026 — Amit Kassovitz has been promoted to Director of Human Resources at Scytale, marking a significant step in his leadership journey within the fast-growing cybersecurity compliance SaaS company.
In his new role, he will lead the HR function at Scytale, supporting organizational scale, talent strategy, performance management, and people operations as the company continues to expand globally in the compliance automation space.
Prior to this promotion, Amit Kassovitz served as Talent Acquisition & HR Lead at Scytale, after progressing from Talent Acquisition & HR Manager. Over more than three years with the company, he played a pivotal role in building and scaling HR processes, strengthening recruitment capabilities, and supporting the company’s rapid growth in the B2B SaaS cybersecurity compliance market.
Before joining Scytale, Amit worked at aMoon Fund, where he held roles including Talent Specialist and Office Administrator. There, he contributed to executive talent identification for portfolio companies, supported C-suite and board-level searches, and coordinated structured talent review processes within the HealthTech investment ecosystem.
Earlier in his career, he gained HR exposure as a Human Resources Intern at Greenpeace, supporting recruitment and employee learning initiatives, and served as a Research Assistant at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). His foundational HR experience was shaped during his tenure as a Human Resources Specialist with the Israel Defense Forces, where he developed core people management capabilities early in his professional journey.
