Bhopal, India, March 2025 – Trident Group India has announced the appointment of Amit Mishra as Chief HR (Yarn Division), where he will lead human resource strategy, talent management, and workforce optimization for the division. With a deep understanding of HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management, Amit will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving HR best practices. His leadership will focus on fostering a high-performance culture, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring business-aligned workforce strategies.
Prior to joining Trident Group India, Amit served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Welspun Living Limited, where he was responsible for HR strategy, business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations. His expertise in workforce planning, compliance, and HR digitalization contributed to strengthening HR operations within the organization.

Before Welspun, Amit worked as Human Resources Manager at Alok Industries Ltd, handling payroll management, recruitment, compliance, statutory audits, and contractor workforce administration. His hands-on approach to HR operations and employee engagement helped in enhancing HR efficiency and regulatory adherence.
Amit has a strong history with Trident Group India, having previously spent over eight years in various HR leadership roles within the company. During his tenure, he held HR Business Partner and HR Manager positions, overseeing manpower planning, grievance handling, international buyer audits, and HR compliance. His deep understanding of Trident’s organizational culture and business objectives makes him well-positioned to drive HR transformation in the Yarn Division.
