With a remarkable 19-year career, Amit brings extensive expertise in operations and compliance across various industries. His leadership is expected to significantly enhance the team’s capabilities and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Amit Srivastava joins ISS from Kotak Life, where he served as Deputy Vice President for approximately 4.5 years. At Kotak Life, he led end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, HR compliance, MIS reporting, HR automation, and compensation strategy.
Prior to Kotak Life, Amit was Deputy Vice President at RBL Finserve for around 2.5 years. In this role, he managed HR operations, payroll, compliance, discipline, and industrial relations, ensuring smooth operations and employee lifecycle management.
Amit’s previous experience includes a tenure at Aparajitha Corporate for nearly 5 years, where he managed business and account management, customer service, and billing for HR compliance clients. He was responsible for over 45 clients across India and acted as the single point of contact for major clients like Samsung and TVS.
He also held roles as Branch Manager at Adecco for about 1 year and 3 months, Territory Sales Manager at Dishnet Wireless Limited (Aircel) for 1 year and 3 months, and Customer Service Assistant Manager at HDFC Bank for 5 years.
