New Delhi, India, November 2025 – Sharad Negi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at IndoBevs, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience across finance, audit, commercial strategy, and risk assurance. In his most recent role, Sharad Negi served as Associate Director – Commercial Acceleration at Pernod Ricard Asia, where he shaped initiatives that drove commercial growth, strengthened FP&A capabilities, and advanced region-wide financial transformation. His work contributed significantly to enhancing business partnering effectiveness and embedding strategic financial controls across key markets in the Asia region.

Before transitioning to the Asia entity, Sharad Negi spent nearly twelve years with Pernod Ricard India, taking on roles such as Business Analyst – North Zone, Region Finance Manager, and Manager – Risk & Assurance. Across these positions, he built strong expertise in budgeting, performance management, business strategy, and enterprise-wide financial governance. This early foundation shaped his approach to structured governance, financial accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

As a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Sharad Negi brings a strong technical and analytical foundation to the CFO role.
