Ontario, Canada, June 2025 – Amrit Tino Rodrigues has been promoted to the role of Global Lead – Sales Compensation at DXC Technology, marking a new leadership milestone in his nearly nine-year journey with the company. In this elevated role, Amrit will oversee sales compensation programs across DXC’s global business, ensuring alignment with performance objectives and total rewards strategy.
Amrit most recently served as Senior Manager – Total Rewards for the US & Canada, where he played a key role in designing and executing region-wide rewards initiatives. Prior to this, he was Advisor (Manager), Compensation – US & Canada, where he contributed to strategic compensation structures, market analysis, and salary benchmarking efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
Previously, Amrit held several critical roles within DXC’s Global Centre of Excellence (C&B), covering diverse geographies including Canada, AMEA, SE, ANZ, and India, where he helped drive compensation program standardization and local-market alignment. He contributed significantly to the development of global rewards frameworks, supporting business decisions through deep evaluation methodologies and legislative insight.
Before joining DXC, Amrit worked as Compensation & Benefits Expert at Amdocs, where he led initiatives in market benchmarking and rewards strategy. Earlier, he held the position of Lead – C&B and HR Business Partner at Reliance Industries Limited, supporting HR transformation in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. His international exposure also includes a stint as Manager – Compensation and Benefits at FrieslandCampina in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and as Specialist – Compensation Design (AVP) at Mashreq Bank in Dubai. Amrit began his HR journey as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Reckitt in India.
