Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Amrita Divay has been appointed as the Chief Revenue Officer, India at Apex Group Ltd. In this leadership role, she will oversee the revenue growth strategies for Apex Group’s Indian operations, focusing on business development and client relations while driving strategic expansion in the region.
Amrita Divay has been with Apex Group Ltd for over two years, previously serving as Director and Head of Business Development, India and Senior Vice President and Head of BD, India. In these roles, she led initiatives to expand market presence and build strategic partnerships, significantly contributing to revenue growth.
Before joining Apex Group Ltd, she was the Head of Securities & FX Markets, INSA at SWIFT, where she spent nearly five years leading financial market strategies and client relationships across the region. Earlier, she held the position of Vice President and Head of Business Development and Marketing at SBI-SG Global Securities Services Pvt Ltd, where she drove key marketing and business growth initiatives over three years.
She also spent over six years with HSBC as an AVP in Securities Services, focusing on strategic account management and service delivery. Her career began with impactful roles at UTI Mutual Fund, Deutsche Bank AG, and HDFC Bank, where she developed expertise in business development and client relations.
