Amrita brings over a decade of extensive experience across recruitment, business development, and client engagement. Most recently, she led recruitment mandates and strategic hiring at DataAIT Technologies, where she partnered with global clients to scale their data transformation initiatives through hybrid onshore–offshore workforce solutions. Her ability to bridge business and talent needs has been instrumental in supporting organizations leveraging advanced technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, AWS, and Google Cloud.

She also founded and led A Cube Services Pty Ltd, where she operated as a Director and Headhunter, delivering executive search and strategic recruitment services to clients across IT, engineering, infrastructure, and professional services. Concurrently, she collaborated with Makesense Software Services, 4GB Consulting Pty Ltd, and Cognr.ai, leading key recruitment initiatives that connected skilled professionals with specialized business needs in the Australian market.

Earlier in her career, Amrita held the role of Client Account Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead at ADAPS, where she managed critical client portfolios and spearheaded large-scale recruitment programs. Her earlier experience with Delivery Centric, Zensar Technologies, Ma-Foi Randstad, and Suchir Jobs provided her with a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and leadership training. Over the years, she has built a reputation for combining data-driven hiring practices with deep client understanding and strong stakeholder management.
