New Delhi, India, October 2025 – The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), India’s premier professional body for HR leaders with over 11,000 members across 55 chapters, has announced its flagship annual event — NIPM NATCON 2025, to be held on October 30–31, 2025, at Hotel Pullman, Aerocity, New Delhi.

Themed “Viksit Bharat @ 2047: Empowering a Future-Ready Workforce through Technology and Inclusive HR Leadership,” the conference will bring together over 1,000 HR and business leaders, policymakers, and academicians from across India and abroad to explore how technology, inclusion, and ethics can shape India’s journey toward becoming a developed nation by 2047.
